Hello Everybody!

Here are last week's announcements just in case you missed them. About 30 students are currently in New York. I am sure they are having an amazing time. ESL Teacher Tracy is there with them to make sure they stay out of trouble in the big city. I can't wait to hear their stories of the big apple. ENJOY!

December is coming soon. The new calendar should be available tomorrow. We have a lot of great events coming... like a Ski/Snowboard trip, New York and Montreal for New Year's Eve, Hockey, Basketball (BOSTON!), Aboriginal Dance Performance, and much more!

I will also have some suggestions available for students who will be staying in the city during the Christmas break, as well as some vacation ideas for students who have the time and money to enjoy something a little different.

GET READY FOR A GOOD WEEK KGIC!

This Week's Announcements

Check them out! We have some great events this week. The Raptors vs. Utah tonight, the CN Tower tomorrow and Steam Whistle Brewery on Friday. The Santa Claus Parade is also this week. Sunday I am inviting students to my apartment (which overlooks the route) to watch the parade in comfort instead of the cold. The sign up list is already full, and with 20 students my apartment will be full too!

The Santa Claus Parade route can be found below. If you are not one of the lucky 20 students who are coming to my place on Sunday you can head to anywhere on this route to see the parade. The Toronto Santa Claus Parade is now one of the largest (if not THE largest) one of its kind in the world.

OK .... Sorry I have been sick

I was away for almost the whole week last week! So instead of canceling all the activities I have changed the activities calendar for this month. Please see the revised schedule below.I have just moved most of the activities to this week. Please join me for some great events and some amazing trips! New York and French Canada will be great features this month. I haven't been to New York for almost a year, so I am very excited. The Canadian dollar is really high right now so shopping in New York should be especially nice.

SEE YOU ON THE BUS!

The Announcements and Halloween Madness!

What a great turn out this year. Thanks to everyone who dressed up and participated in the costume contest. I had a great time on the boat cruise as well. I was going to go to Momentos, but I was too tired/drunk to bother. You guys are students!... I have to work... :(

Here are the announcements from Tuesday:
