Another great week at KGIC Toronto. We have a bunch of events this week.
Tuesday, February 20th - Interview Workshop
Make sure to sign up with Trevor if you want to join the afterschool Interview Workshop. Practice your interview skills, with sample questions and some basic information about how to conduct yourself in a job interview.
Wednesday, February 21st - NBA Basketball, Toronto Raptors vs. Cleveland Cavaliers
If you have signed up for tickets, and haven't paid Trevor, DO IT NOW! You will lose your reservation if you do not come, pay and get your tickets. For just $42 you can enjoy a great game with some of the finest teams in the league.
Thursday, February 22nd - Phantom of the Opera Sign Up and Pay
Phantom of the Opera is coming to Toronto next month. Don't miss this limited engagement! The tickets are expensive, but it's the best deal in town. Please come pay Trevor the $72.50 for tickets. Get ready for a great night at a great musical. The show takes place March 13th at 7:30 pm at the Princess of Whales theatre.
Friday, February 23rd - CN Tower Tour
We will leave after classes at 2:30 and head down to Toronto's most famous landmark. The cost is just $15. Come see Trevor to sign up and pay. If the weather is poor we will reschedule for sometime next week.
Saturday, February 24th - Japanese Animation Marathon
Starting at 4 pm on Saturday we will meet here at KGIC and watch Japanese Animation all night until we can't take anymore. The cost is just $5 to join. This will cover the cost of the movie rentals and some dinner (pizza?). If you enjoy Japanese Animation as much as I do please join us Saturday night!
Sunday, February 25th - OHL Hockey
Just $10 for some amazing Hockey. Be sure to sign up and pay soon! Tickets are limited!
WOW, a lot is happening this week! Please make sure you sign up early for the events you want to attend. Tickets are limited in most cases. Recently some students have shown up to events without signing up. Please remember to sign up, otherwise I have to give away my tickets, and some students might be disappointed.
